What about the f4d kibbles?

growth of a puppy to adult depends on many factors such as food, genetics, environment etc... so sometimes the parents will be at a certain size but the pups they produce can be bigger, same or smaller sized.... growing puppies need good nutrition so food also play some role in their growth.... ur friend's poodle probably had very good nutrition intake while puppy time or it gotten a gene that made it grow larger than it's parents....

if the breeder has sick puppies, i doubt they are responsible.... its not really easy to find a good breeder, so take your time to slowly survey....

mka certs will not tell whether the puppy will grow to what size due to factors i have mentioned above.... it only tells of its lineage to see if there was any inbreeding as it shows 3 generations....

another suggestion you could consider is adopting an adult poodle, that way you can make sure it is a suitable size for your apartment living.... but of course there are pros & cons for adopting adults which you can ask here or read on the internet....

I stay in taman desa near midvalley. The question about my friend poodle , i saw the parents they are so small toy poodles but his poodles are so big like miniature poodle . Why like that o? He has no mka cert. and How much do we need to pay to get MKA cert?

Debbie, currently i feed max Fish 4 Dogs Cod fish puppies , max fur is shinning and glossy, and the skin also healthy , no problem with max. and he is active . so far i love the F4D for max and the poo is solid and easy to take. max also love the kibbles too. if you need let me know i got stock up 8 packs, now left 6 bags, 3 bags of puppies cod fish small bite , and 3 bags of salmon adult hood

Other reason is, ur friend 'too' saying the poodle so they might feed more when its still puppy. I heard some cases that if u overfeed the puppy it might grow slightly bigger when it reach adult. But this doesnt mean u should starve or 'count the amount of how much ur puppy should take. I know some owner thought the food is not enuf for their puppy thus keep on feeding it until they realize the stomach is bloated.

bout MKA, u cant pay for it to be done. It has to be done by the breeder as the process of it start when they mate their dog. IF they dont submit the form when they mate the dogs, the puppy wont have any cert with it

@Muchan : Artemis supplier not bringing in the brand anymore. DUnno wat the hell happened. SIen...though it can improve coat colour over time, it does make the poo poo very smelly.

@MTV & Kelvin : it;s a private party for this sunday. But the owner welcomes anyone provided u can confirm ur attendance coz she needs to prepare food.

@ix3Rukia : the thing with poodles is u cannot determine its sizes from parents. Even if the parents hv mka, is so and so champion etc. The same goes to colours. White + white can produce a non-white. I;m not gonna comment on ur English coz it;s gonna be a never-ending fight. But i do feel u shud have been more detailed in ur questions/doubts to avoid any miscommunication. Y dont u let us know ur real budget so we can refer u to some 'okay' breeders? I wont say reputable coz it's a big word.
i thot i got a poodle from a reputable breeder but who knows....so now i can see non-famous breeders can produce better poodles too.

I mix both brand now and want to fully change to F4D last month but... it seems to made my girls mouth smell like fish lol
I get my stock from PLC Pyramid and they only have salmon... I wanna try Cod fish that u mentioned but where to get? Is it possible for those who plan to get F4D, we all get together? so can buy the promo pack I need 1-2 packs per month only cause I still feed barf once a day.. getting 8 packs on 1 shot is too much for me

yup, i'd agree with that.... if you give us a more detail of your situation and budget, many poodle owners here are more happy to help.... can increase poodle gang mah....

1 thing i wanna ask poodle owners here, poodle colour will fade coz parents may be carrying lighter colour gene, so if say parents also same colour, grandparents also same colour, will the chances of fading decrease?

go Ikano...it;s complete. Y u need 1-2 bags a mth? that;s a lot wo. milo is taking the big sized ones..so i literally count 20 bijik per meal for him.

@cyanide : it's possible i think. must be strong solid colours lo. ive seen grandkids taking after their grandma, not mummy. All will hv white chin and chest. once u hv white, i think it will somehow fade. U can breed silver with silver or white.

I've read bout this before in some articles, one thing bout poodle color is that we cannot simply breed any colors. In order to make sure there is no mismatch or fading gene, one must know what color poodle they need to find to breed with their dog if they plan to breed. For example, one need to avoid breeding black color poodle with white/cream/apricot color, breeding with these color will result in mismatch color puppy (black puppy with white chest) or fading gene in some generation. In order to avoid the fading gene, they need to breed black with black or black or black with dark brown. Am I right? I've been reading so many poodle article n color till I can somehow remember the point lol

But it seems like its hard to find a breeder in Malaysia that really follow the 'correct' way in breeding poodle color. I realize they tend to breed any color which result in many mismatch puppy

oh ya...i have bought a set of 4 f4d packs AND a set of 8 packs before....kakkakakakaka....sold 2 to frens.

means if i want a red poodle that have low possibility of fading, i need to find at least 3 continuous generations of pure red poodle lineage puppy? which cant get in malaysia 1....

actually 1 pack is enuf for a month.. I'm feeding them adult small bites. I'm always plan to go but no transport eh... The only reason I went to Pyramid is because its near my house and there's bus from my college to pyramid

yaya.Shampoo is my ex-student's black poodle..very cute...looking for a gf tho...

I got mine without mka cert. And when he is nearing 4 months old. He is then 650grams only. Now he blooms to nearing 1.2kg after another 3 months staying with me. He is on barf after weaning at age of 2 months old.

He is a teacup. I overfed him, so i have to monitor him based on his poo for now. He seems bloated at tummy. Another eating machine. And i tot i havent fed him enuf.

Meaning if the poodle's tummy is bloated, it is overfed?

I was told to see a baby carrot sized poo for teacup poodle. Now mine gave me two poo instead of one. LOL! O V E R F E D ! This is for barf-fed, others i dunno lo..

And check the bones near the butt, dunno wat terms for it. Must not feel bones only, must got bit muscle. If too fatty around there, means obese too.
