If Hh got strong Followers many outsiders won't have chansi Lo. My fren fren manage to secure 12m of aurora shops and he hardly knows hh and its track record

- Ho Hup is planning to add another one or two sovo/soho blocks

5-acre = Pure residential
- Ho Hup is planning to build about 3-4 tower service apartment blocks here

I called up the office, EF is still MBSB only. Hopefully more EF after last week's creditors approval. My own bank is not financing the property.

This project WITHOUT car park is really a big turn-off....I would rather they sell the car park separately at least buyers get to own.
