If Hh got strong Followers many outsiders won't have chansi Lo. My fren fren manage to secure 12m of aurora shops and he hardly knows hh and its track record

5-acre = Aurora
- Aurora Place
- Aurora Sovo
- Ho Hup is planning to add another one or two sovo/soho blocks

5-acre = Pure residential
- Ho Hup is planning to build about 3-4 tower service apartment blocks here

I called up the office, EF is still MBSB only. Hopefully more EF after last week's creditors approval. My own bank is not financing the property.

Anyone started applying loan already?

I am looking into it but do not have experience with MBSB. Anyone with infor on them? % rate?

This project WITHOUT car park is really a big turn-off....I would rather they sell the car park separately at least buyers get to own.

How come only mbsb?

Banks dun have confidence to deal with HH

More work more need to be done by HH management to convince the banks.

This is a golden opportunity for Ho Hup to turn around and make its name in the industry.

Hope they don't screw it up.
