According to the ED, all developers in BJ contributed to the fund and DBKL will build the Uturns. He mentioned it will be like the ones in front of IOI mall. This is important as the current internal roads wont be able to cope with the coming developments. Where it will be built? I am not very sure but from the master plan, it is along the BJ highway. There will also be a road from the traffic lights where the Exim devt all the way across the park and exit infront of Sirim. This is what i gather from my conversation with the ED and the sales head. friendly people but the "launch" could have been better organised, all cramped into the board room. Can anyone "in the know" confirm proposed roads?

if priced at 4m 20% downpayment is 800k. If priced higher i no eye c. 80% loan is considered ok for current market. It could be lower... say 75% then the downpaymet would be 1m deng deng deng... game over

I am not worried about getting it but owning it... this one really like trophy gal friend rclxub.gif . For show only but damn "xiong" at least gf i still can take advantage tongue.gif icon_idea.gif

Can I join the club??? Form a coy and whack it gao gao. Take 5 units sell 3 of it. Muahaha. Free initial deposit of 10% for the 2 units. Can work tis way ga boss since u hav a big grp???

Boss I think bro ufo meant 750k for the 1st 10%. The later part depend on how gd u can nego the mof with bank. So it should b 7.5mil for 3 storey shop. And it should b inter unit. Corner units all 10mil and it ll b reaching the moon I guess.

having said that many nearby ppl can qualify. 400 bank draft x 500k each = 200m cramped in a small hotel function room, It happened in front of my eyes during Sri petaling J6 balloting and SP is just a stone throw from bukit jalil. hmmmmmmm many crouching tigers hidden dragons... berhati hati ...

I never heard any SOVO before can be used as residential and guess none of it is completed yet.

SOVO stands for Small Office VERSATILE Office, it stands for purely office suites or commercial suites with modern facilities.

The missing part is the key word of Home ( SOHO), the only development can be with HDA or non HDA.

I also never heard other commercialize SOHO like SOSO, SOFO, SOLO that comes with residential suite use.

Anyway if it's a single title 3storey shop, I guess I ll hav to think twice. I prefer strata where I can dispose the top flr few yrs after vp. Dun like keeping upper flrs. hmm.gif
