Larger than midvalley doesn't mean more Wong than midvalley. Midvalley location is right In the middle of pj, kl, mont kiara, bangsar, damansara heights and old kland road. Bukit jalil mall will be only at bukit jalil, access road is different. Sime more at this area there will be wct mall as well. Supply is only for those staying nearby.

Personally I think location is great as located beside Kesas which could attract BJ, OUG, Puchong, Subang, Sri Petaling which is densed in population. Also with the LRT completion will pull another crowds to this area. If managed well, I can't see why they can't make it and the one to make it fail is the developer and management itself.

In fact there's another project along Kesas which is Empire Remix. When all these projects completed (WCT, Jalil City, ER), Kesas will become a new Federal Highway laugh.gif

Both I won't consider. But if HH / Malton price anything below RM600/sf, will consider.
No a good time to buy condo now, landed properties will be scarce in prime area, I think landed still hv rooms to grow even if mkt has minor correction.
Perhaps you may try Setia Alam PKNS last phase, I predict buyer will queue to buy. Launch next week. This one is good

BJ, OUG AND SRI PETALING crowds will come over to this wct mall. But puchong and subang crowds are a bit far from here, which they have better mall as sunway pyramid, sunway geo, subang parade, empire mall and etc. Yes, I don't think it will fail unless due to poor management of the mall. The population at these area should be sufficient to for this mall.

Anyone know how to book the residence unit there? Or any agent?

Times Square, 1 Utama, Jalil City Mall, Mid Valley, Setia City Mall, IOI City Mall and Sunway Pyramid are in the same league. The rest stays aside
