In the next 5 years, I believe the surrounding Taman will hv significant rise in pricing especially landed property.  latest news, Allinace Bank, RHB Bank, UOB, HSBC, Hong Leong, NAZA are going to station in. Personally I think location is great as located beside Kesas which could attract BJ, OUG, Puchong, Subang, Sri Petaling which is densed in population. Also with the LRT completion will pull another crowds to this area. If managed well, I can't see why they can't make it and the one to make it fail is the developer and management itself.
