I saw the Ho Hup Aurora ads on iproperty mention sovo 650 psf and serviced apartments 800 psf.

Malton one no idea. Likely higher than Ho hup, but how much higher? Brand name makes a difference. Pavilion Residences Bukit Jalil, Wa damn high class sia.

I guess you will have to call up the number on the sign board


If you are referring to HoHup, is written on the sign board to be 750psf up

For Malton, indication to be 800psf up

U think BJ Pavilion can succeed with luxury brands? I think both BJ n Dsara Heights won't be even half as successful as Pavi KL.. IMHO, I'm willing to bet that IOI City mall will be more successful than Pavi BJ
