Y don't U use site aggregators to help you decide which airlines might be the cheapest? Kayak/Skyscanner, etc. etc.

Kayak has the cheapest rate.

Last time airasia was the cheapest fly to London then take train to nottingham.

RM4000 is reasonable for a return flight. For one way, no!

I don't fly that route so I'm not sure what airlines fly to Nottingham. Chances are you would have to stop over at LHR. Unless you want to fly MAS I don't think there's any other direct flights that doesn't transit anywhere else between KL + LHR.

I second this. It is basically the best flight aggregator if you do not have a fixed date. The downside is it does not aggregate some low-cost airlines (like AirAsia) but no worry between the KUL-LHR route.
As far as I know, for this route, only MAS and BA (British Airways) offer direct flights and cheapest fare seems to be about 2.1k. If TS does not mind Vietnam Airlines (they are flying with Boeing 787 BTW, thumbup.gif ), you can actually fly with only 1.1k one way.
Most people who make a transfer will stopover at Middle East cities via Emirates, Etihad or Qatar Airway.

As for the train from London to Nottingham, you can look it up in the National Rail (UK's KTM) website . http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/

if TS don't mind 2 stop(KL-Brunei-Dubai-London) for September cheapest is Around RM 1.9k for one way.october seems to be cheaper 1.6k. Flying Royal Brunei (787 for Brunei to London, but Kl-Brunei usually a mini Airbus or if lucky 787 as well)

There are many ways to get from KL to London.... If price is important, choose the cheapest, but be prepared for transits and transfers and longer time. Otherwise go non stop with mas or ba.

If you know your end date, book return, it is always cheaper than 2 one way tickets....alternatively, book one way, and when you return for summer break, book return ....fares can be surprisingly cheaper when starting from UK...

You will land in lhr mostly, but some airlines may land in Gatwick.... From lhr, the easiest way to Nottingham is the direct bus....if you want to take the train, you will need to go down to central London to the st pancras station first to catch the train....not convenient for first timers....

p/s as an alternative, consider flying into east midlands airport, which is the airport of the area, eg with klm via amsterdam....they connect with flybe into ema...save a 3 hrs bus/train journey, but it will likely cost more...

these are websites that check the flights and fares with multiple airlines for you, and give you a list....makes your life easier....you can't book directly with them, they will direct you to the booking site, which may be the airline site itself, or another online booking agent....

a quick look at skyscanner to go in late sept, and return in mid june next year shows many fares around rm3500 with klm, vietnam air, even direct with ba is only rm3685.....

Hello, I would like to ask is it possible to make a minor change to my printed application form in addition to attaching a covering letter explaining the changes to the error I made?
Will it affect my application if I used a pen to correct the mistake on the printed form? Or should I just leave the form the way it is and attach a covering letter to bring attention to the mistake and state the correction?
Thank you!!!
