If the price for the Galaxy tab is true....USD 900++, might better consider Notion Ink's Adam tablet . 10 inch and awesome features incl P.Qi..which is said to retail around USD 380-390+ for standard screen without P.Qi...or with P.Qi that comes to around 480-490+ ( which is much cheaper ).

If Galaxy Tab for Msian market can come down to level of 300-500...I think it's worth to look at..

For close to 1000 bucks....I doubt i will be interested to shell out so much..

Rather wait for Asus's Tablet early next year or Google's own tablet at the end of the year..

LG is coming out with their own tablet within this year...so, we shall see which one is more competitve..

he even "teased" me that i haven't see the half of integration between galaxy tab and SGS yet and that's very cool...he can't say more than that but some cool shits on its way..

guys, i think the price is not so "Official" yet, so lets not write it off first =D

agreed.....features overall are awesome BUT the price $$$$ is expected to be high..

have to wait till it reaches Malaysia about the availability and the pricing wise.



For now, can just sit back and relax first...hehehe....these last 3 months do expect a few other tablets coming our way too...

Not forgetting so called local brand " CSL ". with their MI700 due in Sept or Oct in Msian market......

it'll be great if they can both combine and offer the following:

Preview + magnified view some way of websites/documents. That would be great. On the SGS i get the whole page preview with a small box that shows the magnified view, which is then translated to the tab.

NFS Shift on Galaxy Tab

i will write on the galaxy tablet by next week.
pics all taken but havent had time to resize it yet. i'm still choosing my wedding photos which is more important right now.

so far the tab seems good to me.

the screen is just stunning. no where the ipad can beat that!

Not available in Malaysia but you can buy online soon from the Indian's company in 2-3 months' time.

Yup the screen bit smaller. But if using Super ambled screen, must buy item !! But now only TFT LCD screen, hmm.... Disappointed.

Think have to forgo the Galaxy Tab.....and lookout for the following contenders ( cheaper i think ).

1. Adam from Notion Ink. 10 inch - a bit big
2. CSL MI700 ( Msia brand kah ? ) - sure make in Msia ? - 7 inch
3. Google Tablet...not sure either 7 or 10
4. Asus (10 inch) next year...hate it...a bit big..
5. Aigo from China - 7 inch.
6. Huawei S7 - 7 inch
7. MSI - 10 inch...a bit big oso...

Well, these are quite good units...others I have not mentioned as I don't think the specs are impressive..

Unless any others you have in mind, that I missed out ?
