Hey guys,

Am still considering in purchasing the Tab. In fact I went to Maxis TTDI to check it out.

Am actually a Windows Mobile PDA user and all of my contacts data (about 1000 contacts) are on Microsoft Outlook! Yes! I intend to use the Tab as a PDA too...

Was wondering is it possible for my laptop to sync with the Samsung GT so all my contacts and calendar (appointments) will be transfered too... Imagine typing each contact into the SGT, that is a lot of work knowing that I have close to 1000 of contacts to key in. I understand Microsoft Outlook and Android are two different OS platform but is it possible?

The Samsung Galaxy Tab promoter at Maxis if of no help so anybody here have a solution to my dilema?

Export your contacts as csv file. From googlemail, import it. Sync tab with your google account. You might wish to delete off some of the extra fields in the csv before you import in from google. The csv is basically a excel file
Similarly use google calendar to import your outlook.

There are various solutions, just type your question in google search and you can see the various options

My Kung Fu Panda video MKV file 2.2GB and Clash Of The Titan MP4 1.2 GB can play smoothly but something weird when i type this forum is damn slow compared when typing in FB or yahoo mail maybe bcos the flash stuff. Anyone encounter this prob?

Added on November 12, 2010, 5:13 pmanyway to those users who have problem finding a decent pdf reader for SGT,don't worry....u don't need to download third party application.It already preinstalled with think office,which can also read pdf files...and it'll automatically bookmark the page you closed ..you can easily accessed the last page you read..it's kinda handy when u r reading a 300++page ebooks...

Just curious, how much is the SGT selling now? When I asked in Sunway piramid, the quoted me RM2799. However, I think it's lower than that now though. Any idea?

Also, I read that SGT will not be getting an upgrade to Honeycomb though.

The latest new retail original set is RM 2199. THis price officially advertised in newspaper. If you get from SenQ even have freebies included. That guy is trying to fleece you
