can i knoe wat software/sidebar gagdets are used to monitor cpu/GPU temperature?

what's ACPI in HWMonitor ar?? How come it's always the hottest?

I hope you upgrade to 4GB.

Well, the tweaking depends on you. If you want nice looking graphics, you tune up all the AA etc..
But your frame rate will suffer. And vice versa. So the best thing is you try every setting yourself
to see if without AA, it is acceptable for you. Haha

btw, been modifying my lappie desktop oso .. wallpaper n stuff like that

is there any guide on desktop modification also ?

another question is how can i constantly turn on the turbo speed ?

Well, last time I read is its the old way to calculate the CPU temperature, for Pentium 4 and such, so pretty much will stay near with the Core temp....

hey.. i have a new prob now
my GPU no longer throttling after i set the settings to 'prefer maximum preformance and force on 3d settings'

but the prob now is.. altho my gpu still performing good but my graphic still lags.. is it bcoz of my gpu memory ?
but it has 1 gb.. im using a52jc

same.. if screen have too many ppl or too many skill then it will lag until it freeze
i have to log off and re login .. wats the prob ?
but when i use integrated graphic.. it dun hv this prob, juz that it lags from start until the end.. with the same lagness
nvidia.. smooth at first.. then lag until freeze

Got question to ask here, my laptop(asus a42jv)keep on producing grinding whirring whenever in use, i think the noise comes from the harddisk (C:)..I just want to ask is it normal to hear the harddisk reading noise, cuz its quite annoy.. sad.gif

I think its your GPU overheating or your CPU overheating. At first, its smooth because not yet overheat. After that, it become hotter
and overheat and freeze. Check the temperature of CPU and GPU please.

The original ram installed by Asus Factory are DDR3 1333MHz or 1066MHz??

For my notebook A42JV, the factory installed RAM is Kingston brand
and it is DDR3 running on 1066 MHz.
