for yamaha ori x1r..
there is 2 holes that did not match..
so.. need to drill a hole or u can simply let it juz like that..
mine i drill it. but most of ppl who i saw using ori..
there did not drill. juz let it like that..

difference:
Racingboy: Kemas, tinggi skit.
Yamaha X1R fake [i use it]: lower skit dr rb[kaki pun sedap],x suma lubang matching

- brake drum blakang x makan langsung [need alter abit,sampai makan brake]
- tak sesuai utk kaki tnggi [sakit kaki meyh riding lama2],kaki pendek sedap arh
- best braking is Brakedisc

@ zelk, aaron, guys, my friend, a mechanic just inform me that there will be a kapcai autoshow at juru autocity starting at 2pm today, and he will be exhibiting his bike there as well, so you guys want to stop there and cuci mata after goin to the butterworth shop?

autocity is mean machine! i'll be going at night... but later mayb around 1pm++ i'll try to go there... cause i around 2something leaving to penang.. hopefully at night go to autocity again with dad... see cars... LOL..

When jet needle point down, tick 1-3 count from top, the #2 is std setting. If he use #1, then too little fuel. 1/4-1/2 throttle will not be smooth and powerful. 2. Take a sharp nail and make small holes on the rim of the screw head. See pic below.

3. Once the hole is made, take a screwdriver, lock the tip at the hole, and light hammer and tap the screwdriver at the direction to slowly loosen and open the screw.
4. Bring the original screw, go to shops and buy stainless steel allen keys one. Like this one...


yes but he's using std carb with std mj/pj, he said fc cannot tahan de, after half throttle aiyaa so pain one.. and aboutt the screw, cannot de, the mata become bulat at the centre ady, cannot cucuk any screw driver one.. zzz.. sweat.gif sweat.gif any recomendation on what mj/pj/jet needle he should get? wink.gif wink.gif

then just use a chisel to remove the head of the screw, remove the float bowl, and then find a way to remove the remaining screw stuck in the carb body.

what is chisel? and how it works? need some more explanation lorh sifu alexei.. laugh.gif laugh.gif and i think our speedo meter n cars speedo meter are based on the wheel spins tho not actual speed.. correct if wrong.. biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Car speedo is use windspeed, same like airplane one. biggrin.gif *Kidding... should be the same, as measured from tyre rotation. That's why if use smaller tyre diameter will affect speedometer.

here's the review after i hv ride an fz in my 1st time till 4th gear but with very very low speed of course. it's much more stable & it's power indeed u can feel it once u throttle it. as 4 the riding position + the tank + the seat also nice, not tht pain when seating on it or riding long hours or long distance

i like fz! Power smoothness. Not sure whether if its the clutch.. Or wat..just love the smoothness..can easily hit 6k rpm..
