SinnerBuyer: LOL the Maxxum 7000 does not support SAM/SSM lenses so it's all manual focus.

Mikeshashimi: That's a pretty amazing price for an A850!

Hello everyone! So long din check this thread already...finally break away from my busy jobs & can start editing my 3 months pending photos... This is my 2nd wedding shooting, many thanks with William for assisting me. For this wedding I try to play a bit with wireless flash to backlit the couple and done a lot more colour adjustment & effect compare to my previous shooting. Because the client seems to be in love with the vintage style...but my A700 isn't a Lomo camera tongue.gif feel free to comment.

Added on August 28, 2010, 4:14 ambtw. any news on when A55 going to be available in Malaysia? suddenly feel like wanna play with its AMAZING VIDEO Function with outstanding focusing!! I never thought I will want another camera smaller than A700..but I wonder is this going to be a downgrade or upgrade... since the Spec seems to be WAY better than the old A700... (other than the conventional controls which A700 still definitely leading.. n magnesium body)

Im curious to try out this lens.. I wonder how's the result of f1.8 at this wide... If this lens has very good image quality even at f1.8, I'll get it!

albnok: yeah that's what i just thought of. I guess that SAM/SSM lenses need supply from the body but Maxxum 7000 just don't have the pin contact.

Lwliam: yeah, 14mm ( 35mm equavilent ) is real deal! That makes me want to get an UWA for my APC-S and benefits my film as well! smile.gif

the 550D exposure shifts when focusing, but then, both are different technologies... CDAF vs PDAF

yuhi : To me, the blurring of those flowers made the whole photo more special lo. If everything were still and frozen, it would be just a normal PnS shot. (:
