lol no, you can't flash roms without rooting. Go root it first. Search this thread on rooting, tons of info!

Before this I keep facing fc but after reflash and rebake, everything is fine

I was quite hesitate to root my Desire initially and keep waiting for the official Froyo from HTC but it was keep being delayed. At the end, I lost my patience and went to the "dark side".

And I just realised how much fun and functionality I have lost with the stock ROM. Especially with the A2SD+ after root and flashing of custom rom, the microSD card can put to good use. The official Froyo A2SD is just too inferior in comparison. I should have rooted it as soon as I get it on my hand.

Nope. Just flash the radio.

Running Leedroid 1.8c with radio flashed to .30 since yesteday, flashed last night to Leedroid 1.9a. No probs so far too.

Well, i am going to download the pre-baked version. Hopefully gonna be good Not sure whether the prebaked version came with radio or not though

asphalt on desire ? quite laggy

Thats the thing. Some said not laggy, some said laggy. Its very laggy on mine until a point where its unplayable. Menu etc are fine but when i go into a race, its laggy like hell.
