all gears or only one gear? If all gears, prolly clutch... maybe pump. Have you changed the fluid? Would it help if you pump twice then only engage?

If only one gear, should be ur gearbox

Overhaul means opening all engine to haul it. Mostly happens when your engine start to have white smokes coming out from exhaust..the part changing could be as basic as changing piston ring to rebore engine block for serious case.

I think what you was try to mentioned is top-overhaul, which only involves with changing the seals and gasket.As optional you could also do head port and polish, making bigger valve intake and exhaust flow at the engine head.

How is the leaking..if the leaking at between black cover and the engine head you don't need to top overhaul, just change the top cover gasket..A picture could tell thousand words..

You'll gain some horsepower after porting..but you could try to flash the ECU 1st as the cost of porting is much expensive than the flashing ECU.

stock ecu is like driving in the car park where reflashed ecu brings u to a 12 lane highway hahahaha

All gears are hard to change if I don't press the clutch hard enough. My mechanic quote me that my clutch system need to renew and change parts d. The cost of labor would be RM150.

I wonder got any pro workshop on suspensions..

Beside that, my car idle is really bad in morning start. If will rev then drop below 500...Making the car wanna die...Sometimes will died but sometimes don't. Can ficd fix this problem?
