If the new access road does not materialize, it will be a nightmare. But I still cannot figure out how is the new access road being constructed to connect to Taman Esplanade. Another ramp flying across KESAS highway?

They're not going to spend so much money building a ramp. It will just be connecting to jln 1/155b and adding a traffic light.

The same thing as what happened with puncak jalil. False promise during sales but after selling, they save cost.

if that is the case, those coming from the bukit jalil highway toward kesas will jam kau-kau... dem!

What project is this MAX?? I was originally interested in Z-res but looking at the current developments it looks like a bad idea...

Max is same developer as Treez, bukit jalil ie. jalilmax.

All of them want to build there because of upcoming LRT.


It will be a nightmare during peak hours with so many condos around same area using the same road 1/155B.

Existing apartment:

Green avenue, Greenfields, Jalil damai, Sri rakyat , bukit oug


New apartment:

Treez, KM1, z residence, kiara residence, Max.

anyone keen on Ytl midfields. under construction? if its transferable.
have a unit willing to let go. at 3XXK. most probably rm350k below. check for current price

why TT takes so long to launch z residence? other developers oredi pre-empted TT and launched respective projects in Bkt Jalil.

Normally, the developer will doing market research first, b4 lauch a new project........

Hopefully it is priced below RM300k per unit ....

Since Kiara oledi sold at 350@psf......i dun think Z will sell below 300@psf.....

If u looking below 300k property.....maybe u can get OUG parklane...(But...i dun know still below 300k or not)

The building structure looks normal only. The eye catching part is probably the roof top of each building. Is that the sky garden that TT trying to advertise??
