any word on location and price of this Z ?

I called up. they say not much info, still planning stage.

when launch also not sure...

anybody have insider news?

KM1 is going to be launched by berjaya soon.

Ho Hup jalil city also launch soon.

Expect price war...


Those who bought savannah 1,2,3 is going to be caught with their pants down.

Ho Hup is building service apartments. location is just opposite Treez.

Price wise not certain yet. all bukit jalil is freehold with consent.

But location will be within walking distance to the Jalil City with new hypermarket, shoplots. maybe banks will be buying there.

Initially, Ho Hup wanted to build condos but later change mind to build service apartment when I ask the sales officer or the officer didn't give me right info.

Who knows, they might change mind again but there will be residential area in Jalil City and it will be quiet ie. facing bukit jalil park.

The current forest will be turned into Jalil city. What's the use of forest if we can't even walk in it ?

It is still green but going to be congested with KM1, Treez, TT.

No more landed properties.

Can anybody suggest a name change to the management ?

The name Z sounds like somebody sleeping zzzzzzzzzzzzz

What's the difference between service apartment and condos ?

Yaa... Z residence has zero view other than highway.

KM1 has golf view which will mean that more owners will want to stay there.

What is the price of Arena Green psf now ?

why u so rich ? can buy 10 condos ?

Ya loh. It's these people who push the price up.

Zest is in Puchong kinrara. Z in bukit jalil.

Ask them to change that stupid name zzzzzzzzz !

Some chinese can't pronounce 'est' so they pronounce zest as zak.

So zest and z sounds the same.

But i ask the sales manager for z, he told me it is service apartment.

so who is correct ?

it seems that z residence is actually in oug and not bukit jalil.

just beside bukit oug condo.

no mood liao.
