14 days is working days so you have 3 weeks to get loan signed. Try RHB or CIMB. they are fast & efficient. Once Citibank guy told me that it took 2/3 days to get approved from them.

I also received the letter from TTDI yesterday. My Banker said my LA is executed, and they said waiting lawyer come to collect. then i called my lawyer, she said waiting bank to send LA to them. vmad.gif communication problem. Just now asked my lawyer to call bank to clear this out.

how much do u think i can rent it for?

Rental wise, i think a bit tough for you.. since outside AI.. there have plenty of choice which noneed to pay toll to go home.

LA executed means "your LA is registered and stamped?". if so, you are ahead of me:) My lawyer said that the documents are ready and going to stamp them soon.
Once LA has been registered and stamped, only need to wait for the bank to disburse the loan. I guess it is 1-2 weeks process.

Not yet stamped, just executed by bank. I think i still behind u. My lawyer haven get the LA yet. Once my lawyer get it, then they will send to TTDI to process, and then pass back to lawyer to stamp.

can rent at 1300 with empty house? means 1 room rent for around RM300++

I also don't remember. I was surfing through net to check all Spira houses for sale and found that in one of houses' advertisement. You may try on iProperty...not sure about what type too.

You just put up as RM1500 to RM1800 and see how it goes.

I am going to put up RM1700 for A1 unit.

it's a pretty home u knowww. quiet, gated and guarded too.

The guard house done? did u see the guard house access system? got using access card or not?

guard house not yet. not yet plaster also. maybe it can be done in a week. fingers crossed though.

the wall quite chic looking. although thin.

those with their S&P for Spira, please check your first schedule whether your house build up was stated there.

My original S&P did not have it (only land size) and I specifically requested the lawyer to add that in (and initialed the new version only).

It seems right now they stamped the S&P with the old First Schedule (which I did not initialize), and the bank lawyer has highlighted that this is missing.

is it necessary to put in the built-up size? I think the most important is the land size which is stated in the SPA 1st schedule.

if a surveyor comes and measure your house and is less than the actual "promised", u will have no recourse...

What if you bought the house say Type D but when measured it is only a Type C?

This is not in relation to future plans, but what we are buying (and they are suppose to deliver)
