guard house is 80% completed since 2/3 weeks ago but no progress since then. I don't see anyone working on it too.
Some iron poles from anti-climbing fence is seen just near the guard house but nothing is progressing. I am not sure it will be ready when we get the house as it's a long way to go to cover the whole Spira.

Every necessary components are installed in every bathroom except water taps near the bathroom floor. All are missing.

Good luck for your loan. Just got the letters from TTDI asking my bank to transfer money to them. Hopefully, my bank will do that soon.

LA executed means "your LA is registered and stamped?". if so, you are ahead of me:) My lawyer said that the documents are ready and going to stamp them soon.
Once LA has been registered and stamped, only need to wait for the bank to disburse the loan. I guess it is 1-2 weeks process.

I found RM 1300 in an advertisement of a Spira house for sale/rent. Check all Spira advertised online:)

You just put up as RM1500 to RM1800 and see how it goes.

I am going to put up RM1700 for A1 unit.

it's a pretty home u knowww. quiet, gated and guarded too.

those with their S&P for Spira, please check your first schedule  whether your house build up was stated there.

My original S&P did not have it (only land size) and I specifically requested the lawyer to add that in (and initialed the new version only).

It seems right now they stamped the S&P with the old First Schedule (which I did not initialize), and the bank lawyer has highlighted that this is missing.

if a surveyor comes and measure your house and is less than the actual "promised", u will have no recourse...

What if you bought the house say Type D but when measured it is only a Type C?

Was at the soft launch at AI today. About 60+% take up. Quite a significant chinese turn up too. Tot this is a burmi dominated area. Around 45% non-bumi purchaser

My lawyer informed me that Loan Agreement has been stampede & the bank will disburse the loan to TTDI anytime soon. Once the loan has been disbursed, TTDI has one week time to deliver the house to me. That's what I understand from TTDI saleman.

I just called TTDI and a salewoman told me that the keys of Spira could be released by this Saturday. I am not so sure how true it is. And I had a chance to talk with someone from TTDI accounting dept to check my loan disbursement. Unfortunately, my bank has not disbursed the loan to TTDI yet. According to him, once the loan has been disbursed to TTDI, they will send a letter to us for water/power deposits and transfer the key to us within 7 days. The day I get the key will be after CNY for sure.

I also went to Spira this morning but I could not get in the compound. The guards are so strict now. They do not let anyone in except TTDI staffs and Spira owners who have keys. It would be great if they maintain this way. I would definitely feel secure to move in as soon as I get the key.

All anti-climb fencing are ready but the guard house is still incomplete. I just don't understand why it took so long to complete this small structure!

Are you sure that your neighbor paid full in cash? Someone mentioned in this forum that one paid with cash got the key already.

For me, I will push TTDI once my bank disbursed the loan to them. According to TTDI, they will handover the key within 7 days from the loan disbursement. I am not sure how true it is. Since my bank has not disurbsed the loan yet, I just keep quite now:)

Last time I tried 2 weeks ago, the guard told me to get the key first. Without key, you can not enter into the compound.  Not sure now.

Just wonder is there anyone stay in alam impian but work in Damansara?

1) 730am-8am onwards: Via LKSA: traffic jam leading to shah alam city centre from section 16 due to criss-crossing vehicle from federal highway to shah alam city centre & vehicle from LKSA going down to Federal highway

2) 730am-8am onwards: Will jam from interchange junction all the way to Carlsberg/Bkt Jelutong interchange. Many vehicle using this to bypass the RM1.10 toll or also to go to Glenmarie / Subang/USJ

3) Smooth traffic leading to Batu Tiga toll

4) 8:00am onwards: Congestion start from after toll (as bad as right after the toll booth) until LDP

5) Those heading to PJ/Kelana Jaya can take the subang airport route to Saujana & U-Turn towards Dana 1 & exit thru Kelana Jaya.

6) LDP is jammed. No choice.

What time does your office working hour start?

If 8am yes, 7am leaving ur house is OK. Try it yourself.
