According to Jonas's experience, it takes 2-3 weeks. Not sure for me. I guess about the same. Most of my defects are crack in tiles and only leaking in bathrooms are major problems. Since I am not doing plaster ceiling, the defect issue is not affecting me in my move-in schedule:)
Thanks. Just did my grille with three Kim yesterday. I'm happy with their service and workmanship. I did not even need to check the end product as the boss was checking his workers' works and did final touch up! They seems to care about the quality of their product.
I just did curtain today. Went to Fiona in Nilai to order. Got nice material with reasonable price. Their workmanship is ok, I guess. Not that comparable to hunter Douglas for sure:)

Sorry. Don't remember the contact no. But you could check it in the agent's website, www.propertycentre.com.my. Good luck!

After they changed my floor tiles, 6 out of 7 not even, need to change again. I got 11 defects but so far only 2 are done. not efficient

Maybe you asked the contractors who have business relationship with TS...
I and Jonas hired Three Kim for our grilles and no problem at all. The grilles already installed. And my kitchen cabinet from Unity Design and will be installed next week.

2 km from the first roundabout seem too deep inside at this moment but the main commercial area will be around 1 km from the first roundabout on the way to Spira.
Now I&P is working so hard to leveling the earth in that area. I guess, the launch of commercial section will be starting soon. Once it's started, there will be snowball effect on the price of properties in AI:)

last week just informed by anti_gaara that Three Kim got the same issue when they want to do the Gate for the house near TS showroom there. I also called Ivy and she confirmed to me that the TS uncle warning her for not do other's house anymore after that house. Any one know who give permit to TS to set up showroom there? we need to take some action to them.

It must be accessible coz SYABAS need to read the meter and also to lock it if there is outstanding payment. I didnt notice also the meter is in the house last time i went to visit the place...
*
But actually the original meter pipe area also accessible by syabas. it is open compartment without any door or locker. now it is looks quite ulgy after it moved out.

Hey guys, I just got access cards for the gate! No more waiting for guards to open the gate:)
And both TTDI property manager and customer care manager came to my house today to inform me that they had a small talk with TS boss to let them know the issues raised by Spira owner. And they told me that TS has nothing to do with TTDI. They have already ordered the guards to handle the issues and want to get detail info on incidences so that they could take action. Now all they know is just here-say and rumor:) since one incidence involved three Kim, I will call ivy to get more detail. If you guys have detail on other incidences, please send them to customercare email with attention to Yousof. He is very helpful for me.
Anyway, I'm very happy with the attention paid by TTDI personnel.  More points to be happy to be the owner in Spira:)
*
Good to hear this. This morning I just email to Yusof regarding 2 of my contrators incidents, Three Kim & MyPainter. And also reported my own incident to Yusof that happened to myself last saturday. The TS workers bring his grill worker entered into my car pourch to see my glass door grill mounting without my permission. I was moving my things into my living room at that time. I was staring at him and only that time he asked for permission. I felt not secure at all that time.

I am having this dilemma now too. I check my water tank and found a power outlet next to the water tank as Jonas said so I don't need to worry about wiring. Grundfos pump and installation cost 1.7k and pressure will be good for everywhere. If I install 3 individual water heaters with pumps, probably cost me 600 more for those pumps.

Anyway, I am not in hurry as water pressure in my first floor is usable at this moment, not as strong as ground floor but still ok:)
*
i will install water pump after i move in. as naing said the water pressure still ok at this moment. if next time more people staying and using more bathrooms then definately need the water pump. i edi installed water heater w/o pump in all bathrooms and now will keep searching the good water pump.

i am thinking if install water pump, all water taps in the bathrooms will get the higher pressure and i wont surffer from those noise make from the water heater w pump. just to share my opinion.. smile.gif

bathrooms water supply is from your house water tank and nothing to do with incoming pressure unless you modify it to connect directly. incoming water pressure is designed to cater for full development.  Nowadays in the well planned development water pressure should not be a problem unless got leaking or blockage. I would recommend you to connect your upstair bathrooms directly to incoming supply and leave the downstair bathroom as it is (for use during water cut off).
*
Actually my fren's house had connected his bathroom directlt to incoming supply, but the problem is when he using the washing machine or bathrooms/kitchen taps are using, then the pressure will drop immediately. this is what i am worry.
