3 units snapped up last week on friday. the units near guarhouse, facing playground, lot 77, 82 and and the corner lot 84.

same price as before.

and they claimed they are opened another 3 on friday.

just would like to know , are these units sold at the launch price or they have mark it up ?

I heard from the sales men that they are in the final stage of touching up the house, and finish up the perimeter fencing as well as the guard house. which i think the key would be release any soon. even heard they try to convince their management to have some sort of 'key-giving ceremony'. which i think it'll very fun. hope my loan could be disburse before the allocated time. Now a lil bit delay, because they hold S&P for more than 2 weeks, before get stamped. 

actually, your loan lawyer can prepare the loan agreement while waiting for the stamped s&p. u can even signed the loan agreement before getting the s&p. so this might help to expediate the process a lil bit.

and its true that our banker need the disclaimer letter from Maybank, because Naza TTDi still haven't settle the payment with regards to the financing for our Spira. I think if they work efficiently, it will not take a long time for Maybank for come out with those letters. *finger crossed*

i was being offered unit 24x75,type e last week. Only got one day to consider and pay the deposit 10K.
For those interested in loan, i would like to recommend maybank May, and we can loan up to 95%. I am still waiting for the approval, then only proceed with S&P and paying balance (5%-10K) as told by Syed if able to secure 95% loan.

I guess BLR-2.3 is kind of standard now? I got BLR-2.2 from CIMB but it is because of MRTA issues. i did not take MRTA from the bank. I am going for MLTA.

By the way, I just signed the loan agreement. My loan lawyer is very optimistic. She said that the loan maybe released around 2 weeks:) I am not sure how true it is. If so, I will be anxiously waiting for the announcement on VP from TTDI.

So what I heard is reasonable, then....Now we have to push TTDI for VP.. I don't understand why TTDI is delaying VP for Spira.
these houses have been completed since Jan 2010.

VP stands for vacant Possession. It is when you get the key, you check your house properly and complain to TTDI for any defects...
Previously, someone in the forum mentioned that VP might be in the middle of Jan or in the end of Jan.

Just talked to Syed. He told me that 60-70% of Spira buyers are in the process of their bank to release the loan to TTDI.
Both TTDI alam impian and TTDI valley are in the same stage and TTDI is planning to make the key transferring ceremony for the buyers. Just planning at this moment:)
Regarding getting key from TTDI, it will be roughly one week after our banks fully release the loan to TTDI. So it all go down to how fast our bank release the loan to TTDI:)
