Probably because when using CPL you want to turn the CPL. If the hood is in the way it will be harder. Especially those bigger hoods.

So with only my UV filter, guess it's hood all the time for me. biggrin.gif

I always use the hood, cuz it can protect both my uv filters and the lens. Feeling insecure when I don't use the hood.

Guys... anyone here interested in Nikon AF-S 10-24mm f/3.5-4.5G DX?
I'm very sure I didn't hear wrongly, Fotokem in Sunway quoted me RM1999.

You should not trust the LCD screen, best way to judge the image quality is through your monitor biggrin.gif

Guys and girls , I need some help here.

Saw you people talking about the SB-600 flashgun here recently kinda tempted me to get one for myself drool.gif But at the same time, I was planning to get a 35mm f/1.8G with the same budget.

But, I can't really get the best of both worlds due to $$$ prolem. sweat.gif

So what's your opinion? Both are great in low light, but which one do you all get first? A flashgun or a prime lens? rclxub.gif

p/s: I normally shoot landscape, street, food and now just started on portrait.

Yeah, I read already and the debates goes on and on... Some said go for SB-600 with kit lens some said get 35mm and make a pop-up flash diffuser.

They can't really convince me though. So I wanna ask some strong opinion here.

Pros and Cons of both items would more likely be what I wanna know for now I guess?

Hahaha, I can't recall what settings I used back then too. But then again, venue is dark and I probably was relying to flash too much.

Personally, I would go for Lens instead of flash. Don't ask me why, preference maybe? I don't own a flash. Don't plan to buy one anytime soon too...

My this album, first 2 pics I think with flash. The rest went without flash lol, pumped ISO for it xD.
