QUOTE(pinkdalmation @ Oct 24 2010, 10:32 PM) >.< banana is good if not over eat. 1-2 banana a day is ok.I got confused, cos apparently cucumber was on the OK list, and carrots were not .. banana and watermelon is a big no no .... Struggling to manage my diet now .. I used to go low carb, but no carbs + medication gives me the wildest mood swings Meals now mostly large portion of fresh veggies, some form of meat ... If I'm eating carbs, which is better - baked potato or bread ? Havent touched rice for 6 weeks so far .... Snack on fruit or cucumber, sometimes biscuits (i have a huge problem with biscuits) ... if i really keep feeling hungry then a hard boiled egg how many eggs can i eat in a day ? biscuit try to avoid, or choose a healthier whole grain biscuit. between bread and baked potato, better to choose wholegrain bread. or even better rolled oat. |

QUOTE(moodyday @ Oct 25 2010, 10:45 AM) i would like to ask, i have a big legs (big calf too) i hate it if you eat lesser than what you use, then your leg not going to be bigger. IF you eat more than you need, then probably it will get bigger. But if get bigger, just by a small increment. You are not doing any weight training to build your legnow i am doing 45- 50 mins, almost everyday in gym (stepper machine - efford level 13) and after that maybe 30 mins of wave/ cross trainer machine... my fave machine is stepper machine so i do it almost everyday. i would like to know if i train like this everyday, will my leg getting even bigger especially my calf??? i really scared lo This post has been edited by kurtkob78: Oct 25 2010, 07:03 PM |

i see myself in the mirror everyday and i will try to improve my look. I keep in mind that, sikit demi sikit lama2 jadi bukit. so be consistent with what are you working for and 1 day you will reach your goal. If not, you still are closer to your goal day by day right ..

QUOTE(sweet_pez @ Feb 18 2011, 11:03 AM) I thought kitchen chefs usually sweat like mad 'coz they're always wearing their chef's suit (crazily thick!) and boots (maddeningly heavy!) plus the workplace is really hot. Basically you sweat tons just by standing there in the kitchen Sweating does not mean you are burning more fat or using more calories ..... sometime you sweat when you sleep because your fan broke. Not because you jogging while you sleep yeah yeah taste food, don't eat them. No curi makan either |

For me, Fat burner is used when you are at already low body fat level to assist you in achieving single digit bodyfat. If your body fat is high, you can reduce the fat percentage by controller your diet and exercise more.
I myself never use a fat burner before. My supplement is just whey protein, L-carnitine and stevia sweetener to reduce my craving for sweet stuff ... This post has been edited by kurtkob78: Feb 23 2011, 01:33 PM |

for higher bodyfat level, just focus on your diet and exercise. Dont need the fat burner at the moment. But if you still want to try, why not. Tell us the result of the fat burner. But dont dream too much
