I have hit a plateau for the past 3 weeks.
Here is my weight lost background:
Starting weight: 93.5kg (1 Nov 2010)
Current weight: 80.8kg (as of yesterday)
Weight Goal: 74kg
Goal Date:15th of May ---> brother's wedding.
Height:176cm
Been going to the gym average 4 times a week and burning around 500 calories each time doing Cardio and about 10-15 min of weights.
Eating:
Breakfast : Either 2 scrambled eggs + 2 ayamas frankfuter or 4 fried eggs. Teh O.
Lunch : Mostly 1 plate rice and daging masak merah + sayur. Sometimes just eat 2 piece of chicken breast.
Dinner: Tuna sandwich or sometimes normal nasi campur.
Need to lose 6 kgs as fast a possible. I will be off from work for the next 6 days and really want to use this time to at lease lose a kilo or two. Hope someone can guide me or give me some sound advice.

To lose weight fast, Eat Basmathi or brown rice only in the morning. This is for your meal plan
morning: 1 cup cooked Basmathi / brown rice with fish / meat and raw or boil vege. Plain water
brunch: 1 serving of fruit. Guava or papaya or apple and some nuts
afternoon: roast chicken breast and raw or boil vege
tea: 1 handful of roast nuts such as almond or peanuts
dinner: roast chicken breast and raw or boil vege
A good vege is cabbage, broccoli, spinach or anything leafy green.
