If im at 23% bf, i will lose the fat first, then do the bulk. Lose about 5kg then do the bulk. So you will not be too fat after bulk .

why do you even think about puking ? you want to slim down ? its really bad practice and can harm your health. Stop thinking to puke and do a normal exercise or diet to slim down.

As for the puke is foamy. Donno about that. I guess its harmfull. Normal puke dont look like foam

As for slimming centre, i donno, but my guess is that they will give some pill or supplement that can reduce your appetite and ask you to eat less and exercise. In addition, they will do the treatment. Well that's my guess. You can ask people who have gone through the slimming centre

To lose weight fast, Eat Basmathi or brown rice only in the morning. This is for your meal plan

morning: 1 cup cooked Basmathi / brown rice with fish / meat and raw or boil vege. Plain water
brunch: 1 serving of fruit. Guava or papaya or apple and some nuts
afternoon: roast chicken breast and raw or boil vege
tea: 1 handful of roast nuts such as almond or peanuts
dinner: roast chicken breast and raw or boil vege

A good vege is cabbage, broccoli, spinach or anything leafy green.

Try it.

suggestion for bashir

- dont take the hotdog. It's junk. replace it with lean protein... Also add vege or fruit in the morning

- dont remove all carb and doing heavy weight or exercise. At least some carb in the morning and some after heavy exercise

Fruits? In general i think it refers to a mixture of apples, watermelon, oranges, honeydew, melon, papaya, pineapple etc whatever you can get. And yes, banana as well. But banana has carbs so I usually eat them as "snacks" in between meals. There are times when I take 1 banana + milk for breakfast.

fructose is low GI, so it will not spike insulin. Glucose spike insulin fast. Sucrose a little lower than glucose

yes, kyo, as I said, fructose do not spike insulin much. But it fills liver glycogen fast. That's why too much fruit is not that good ... on the other hand, if you eat glucose it can be stored in muscle which has bigger storage for glycogen. However glucose cause insulin spike and will halt or slows down your fat loss progress ...

while Sucrose (table sugar) is in between glucose and fructose ......

so complicated ....

In the end, calories that matters ? right ? biggrin.gif

i dono if you can lose body fat like this. How about you try for 1-2 weeks and see result. if no result then you have to workout before you sleep.

I wake up 530am to work and reach home from work around 6pm. I workout from 630 - 730 . then take a healthy dinner. I think you also can slot in your exercise before you go to bed. you just have to sacrifice a bit for about 2-3 months and in the end you can see the result ...

try to exercise at 8-9pm then take dinner and sleep at 11pm. I think no problem sleeping because you will be tired from the workout .... if you found that its hard for you to sleep, then you can try workout at office or very early in the morning. Or if you still dont want to workout, you can just reduce your calories to cut the fat .... which i think is not fun and healthy.

good that you count calories. Do you exercise? If yes, can find your BMR from google. Then can budget your calories. Make sure you take sufficient protein during diet.

500ml HL chocolate, too much sugar in the milk ... and you eat 2 serving of 500ml chocolate milk. Very bad for losing fat
