maybe u can aim for subsale, those condo at bdr puteri or the under-con near Kinrara there

As for me...if i found out that the SA is dishonest...then there is no more trust as i believe the SA is trying to hard sell / bluff me... Good move Jssie !!

they have start selling or promoting service apartment already...found their booth at TESCO mutiara damansara.....

from last year until now and still not started yet?

visit the showroom yest. The model moved to MAPEX PWTC. Saw chart for Block A & B. Book by chq but not sure the price yet. SA told that Blk A the cheapest, Blk B will have diff of 50k per unit due to direct facing lake. Seem Blk A almost taken, Blk B is got some. Just wondering is the property to hot now, not yet launch and no price yet but all taken ??? Any sifu can advise ?

booked a unit today, highest floor blk A , lower floor mostly been taken.

i have faith on Bolton and this project, future nearby lrt, coming nearby Hilton millenium city, and the most important surrounding population is huge and growing fast, whats more with lack of land at wawasan, pusat bandar puchong, bandar puteri....where else all the new project will go? start here n go south toward cyberjaya !

puchong is transforming, and i think start from here...

agreed this landmark project is where Bolton stamp its mark. banking on its recent recognition @ Asia Pacific Property Awards 2011, The Wharf will
change the landscape of TTP & Puchong.

The sales agent called me to say the booked unit of mine been sold! This is how professional of sales agent and Bolton is.
Seems there were some company bought the whole block (trying to bullshit me with shits).
I recon, the agent sold my unit to someone else with some income money.
I am frustrated the way they did this.

you have paid deposit with some kind of receipt right and indicative number?
think you will have a case.
maybe go to tribunal court?

Yes i do have it. Well, im not sure what i can do. But i will ask my lawyers advise what i can do. This is very unacceptable.

got some company bought whole block.. yeng..

The agent somehow told me that he will look for another unit which eventually higher floor and higher price.
Unfortunately, if you guys see the registration form aka the attached form as deposit proof mentioned that the company/developer will not be liable if the unit is not allocated to you. :-|
