The agent somehow told me that he will look for another unit which eventually higher floor and higher price.
Unfortunately, if you guys see the registration form aka the attached form as deposit proof mentioned that the company/developer will not be liable if the unit is not allocated to you. :-|

have to admit their SA is acting pretty shady... approached them in property fair, SA said give 3k cheque for them to hold... will not be banked-in but priority will be given to choose units... will call me when I can come to choose units... wanna see sales progress/chart also cannot, price dont have, brochure dont have... WT*... almost like give cheque without any assurance or receipt...

think they are merely gauging market response in order for them to price their prop at the most optimum levels perhaps.

You are correct.
Bolton started to take order before release of AP with little notes at bottom of order form on conditions subject to their discretion!! and kept the potential buyers waiting for almost seven months for nothing. Meanwhile, with favorable market response they (Bolton) strike better deals with investors to sell en block. Who would think a reputable company like BOLTON will take their buyers (among them previous Bolton customers) for a ride. I pity the SAs who had done all the donkey work only to face the wrath of their customers. vmad.gif

what a pity. just when things seems to be going rather better for bolton, they pull a fast one like this.
guess in the end, it's the dollar and sense that matter ultimately.

i heard the company that bought the block is reapfield. but whether is it true or not i am not sure.

i too book a unit, was called up today and was offered higher floor and higher price. saying the same crap la, that some company bought the whole block and only given them 100 units for customers.

i always thought, once book it will be up to you to let go or go for it
