The sales agent called me to say the booked unit of mine been sold! This is how professional of sales agent and Bolton is.
Seems there were some company bought the whole block (trying to bullshit me with shits).
I recon, the agent sold my unit to someone else with some income money.
I am frustrated the way they did this.

The agent somehow told me that he will look for another unit which eventually higher floor and higher price.
Unfortunately, if you guys see the registration form aka the attached form as deposit proof mentioned that the company/developer will not be liable if the unit is not allocated to you. :-|

i heard the company that bought the block is reapfield. but whether is it true or not i am not sure.

i too book a unit, was called up today and was offered higher floor and higher price. saying the same crap la, that some company bought the whole block and only given them 100 units for customers.

i always thought, once book it will be up to you to let go or go for it

so its true then. sighhh...im just speechless with Bolton's move. They have to remember reputation is more important than money.

maybe external agent sapu the block a en block at special price.
then they start selling at their own price.

whatever, I got so disappointed with this kind of treatment me and my friends gave up and decided to boycott bolton, even though investment wise we still think this is a good project.. c'mon bolton, 1 project and you spoilt your own reputation overnight..good job there, i hope this project is a flop, good luck to those buying..

SA says Tower 28 may open in Sept, from RM550psf onwards (at this LOC?)
