Eg tan&tan developer
Before launch more than 50percent sapu by staff already
Can buy from them, pay undertable only..

Yet people still buy

1) she told me there will be same price for block A & B , starting from RM280k ,
Now : the block B will increase 20% of the price frm Block A hmm.gif

2) there will be 5% discount frm the selling price , i ask true or nt , she said u bring the broucher (got 5% discount state there) will be no problem.
Now : no more 5% , only 3% bcz Bolton change the COO recently ... and u must sign the SPA within 2 weeks when the lawyer call u ,if not no more 3% disct ... mad.gif

3) Free SPA & MOT fee state at the broucher
Now : only free SPA

4) Saleman told me Desa Waterpark City will shift over here , and got a club house here , mayb purchaser will get the member of the club.
On May : ya, desa waterpark is going to move to here . but no club house de
Now : (Another saleman) no oh, who said got waterpark move to here? there is a private water activities at weekend here only ... rclxub.gif

5) U give me RM2k for booking , if you dont want can fully refund.
Now : U confirm then booking fee is RM5k, cancell or loan rejected, forfeit RM3k

6) I hv put RM 2k to the saleman booking for block B but now i cant even make a temporary reserve at Block A for me to think twice whether want to buy the unit the 818sf only got facing West or East ... shakehead.gif

The 2 storey just behind the Bolton only selling RM 440k at subsale- totaly new... honestly if want to buy for own stay i will go for those 2story, but for invest no encourage .

My partner like the concept here , but i really fed up wth those saleman & Bolton word...

Putting aside the angryness , the sale man hv find me the lowest floor and not only 1 unit . Price around RM 280k aftr disct 3% for 818sf, 2 rooms only...rm 340 /sf... just wondering that is it really worth to buy it for invest ?

Well, as for me i don't really complaint bolton do that, since they have not bank in my cheque and mentioned could take back the cheque anytime if don't agree with the final price, when they said so, i know i am temporary booking the unit only. good for me since i can still seek for other good deal at the same time parking at this units without worry booking fees been forfeited.i guess lot of ppls do the same i did laugh.gif

But for those sincerely looking for a place to stay, than this is really something Bolton didn't take care of, i guess they are target more on investor than home owner.

i have actually given up on them. the sales agent suggested me another unit yesterday..and didnt inform me which facing until i asked...its west. my...they dont disclose important information. buying here, later we will know what else problems we will face with Bolton. those who gonna buy here, good luck.

wow... just received an email from a marketing agent on booking for this project
i didn't aware that bolton have engaged external prop. agent for this
anyhow, price was surely increased based on what i got last time
btw, i'm not into this project anymore. didn't fit my investment profile

Weird, lelynx, any idea what is happening there? I thought almost sold off block A, then they reclaim back the units, now an external agency is engaged to start selling again? so confusing this bolton.

if thats true i can only suspect they are playing sticker game previously,
now the risk is pass to third party and they can breath easy . bah! this is not a good sign for investors.

Is there anyone still interested in the pre-launch booking of the units at The Wharf?

My Real Estate Agency is marketing some of the units that are still available.

The lowest priced unit I have on hand:

- 7th floor 2 units 818sf facing south and corner unit facing south east (<RM285k)
- 6th floor 2 units 1147sf/1173sf facing north and corner facing north west (<RM385k)

For the 2Room2Bath unit, I only have 3 units below 15th floor still available <RM300k. The rest all booked already.

Below RM315k, I have one unit of 17th floor and another on 20th floor. The rest on higher floors all > RM320k already
