in the 80's and 90's, nobody wants to stay near ex mining lakes or lands in fear of soil stability. that's why props in estate or agri lands eg D'sara, BU, Subang Jaya, etc sold like hot cakes during that time.

20-30 yrs later, lands are getting scarce in KV and now dev near mining lands are selling like hot cakes and sumore high rise dev.......unbelievable!

landed shld be ok plus mining land developers like YTL or Sunway.......example is Lake Edge and Bandar Sunway.

Bolton and summore highrise.....i will not take the risk when there are so many options to choose

I bot a landed abt 7 yrs ago in puchong and today is giving a return of almost 100%...eventhough is mining property. Nothing much to complain about coz in d end,we juz want to get a good return. Nothing much can b done if we keep on looking and seeing and dont knw when to strike...

read my posts again......i was talking about the risk of highrise dev on mining lands and not landed


expert views are welcomed especially those wif civil engineering background.....

whatever, I got so disappointed with this kind of treatment me and my friends gave up and decided to boycott bolton, even though investment wise we still think this is a good project.. c'mon bolton, 1 project and you spoilt your own reputation overnight..good job there, i hope this project is a flop, good luck to those buying..

Tesco is confirm coming in at bukit puchong 2, which is about 1km away from the Wraft, with carrefour in, hilton hotel, kfc/pizzahut, chances of Jusco to be the anchor tenant getting stronger now perhap? this plot of land are getting more interesting day by day wink.gif

nearby the polis station, from the puchong utama flyover, heading to putra perdana, go straight before second traffic light, you will see a plot of land being clearing now, exactly on the existing golf driving range, the golf driving range will move to the empty land beside BP11.

if those developers can jv and spend some $$$ to build another flyover from LDP directly, then i will sapu one unit here (eye closed)
