in the 80's and 90's, nobody wants to stay near ex mining lakes or lands in fear of soil stability. that's why props in estate or agri lands eg D'sara, BU, Subang Jaya, etc sold like hot cakes during that time.

20-30 yrs later, lands are getting scarce in KV and now dev near mining lands are selling like hot cakes and sumore high rise dev.......unbelievable!

landed shld be ok plus mining land developers like YTL or Sunway.......example is Lake Edge and Bandar Sunway.

Bolton and summore highrise.....i will not take the risk when there are so many options to choose

read my posts again......i was talking about the risk of highrise dev on mining lands and not landed
