Sorry guys, just found out it was because the lack of ram size. i thought it was my ssd thats why i posted in this thread. anyway how could installing a new ssd lead to this problem?

Actually kuntawkaw has answered your question already there's nothing wrong with your SSD. Now u just need to increase the volume of pagefile as taught earlier.

nice 4k random speed u got there... have u downloaded intel ssd toolbox 3.0.1 ? just use the ssd optimizer to keep your ssd at the healthiest state. thats all u need

hi guys, just got my OCZ 160gb agility 3 SSD .... ive done the benchmark, is the read and write speed normal? i thought it suppose to reach 500+mb read n write? im currently using a i7 920 and asus rampage 2 extreme mobo.... ive enabled the AHCI in cmos too.

That SSD of yours is a 120GB SSD.

Did you used the SATA 6.0 Gbps port to connect your SSD? Because the ATTO benchmark suggests that you may be accidentally using SATA 3.0 Gbps instead.

that wud work too. but make sure u dont sli/xfire cos i think it will use up your lanes quite a bit

200 plus mb/s slow??? i dont think so.


Added on December 21, 2011, 11:50 pmtho its a lil slow than what it is suppose to be maybe due to laptop.

i feel slow because the spec mention about 510MB write speed. i expect at least able to get speed between 3xx or 4xx above

owh ya its a sandforce controller ssd. to get that speed u need to bench it with atto benchmark tool.
