QUOTE(ITLearner @ Nov 7 2011, 10:33 PM) wait still the write performance and wearing issue solved then get one there is nothing to worry about it. ssd will last long enough. by the time u want to upgrade i think the ssd is still working fine. thats y intel dare to upgrade 320 series up to 5 years warranty.

Not to mention reliability but with the latest firmware maybe the vertex3 is good to go now. Still, I'd go with the crucial m4, especially if you are getting it from US.

QUOTE(Unleashed @ Nov 8 2011, 06:26 PM) no problem.. but u waste ur money bcoz u will only get sata 2 speed. actually from what i experience its even lower than sata 2 speed. coz sata 3 ssd is made to run full speed on sata 3 and when it is used on sata 2 its lost its capability to even cope with sata 2. in the end u will only get lower than sata 2 speed. if u planning to use sata 2 better buy a sata 2 ssd. cheaper and u will get full sata 2 ssd speed.

You need SATA3 interface to take advantage of the extra bandwidth of those newer generation SSD's That's the whole point of 6GB/s SATA interface.

QUOTE(Raki @ Oct 25 2011, 07:38 PM) this is my speed for my Corsair Force 3 120GB before the firmware update (v1.3) after the update(v1.3.3) i think the performance degradation maybe due to normal day2day use can give check the health of ur SSD in SMART? using programs like ssdlife also if u can try benchmarking ur ssd and see is it still ok or not. check whether ur ssd is trim enable or not. Why my SSD very slow ? PC spec : i7 2600 k sabertooth P67 Corsair Force 3 120gb Windows 7 64 Bit i was enable AHCI mode. use sata 6Gbps on my motherboard. update Fw 1.3.3 but it still slow, any suggestion ?
