fakap by astro, ended up record sd channel for everton vs m.u game , i tot no game in hd channel, but my fren said got game in 831 chnl...when i chck local listing, the game is tomorow...

it was on ESPN HD ch832 mate..hey..check out my thread..click my siggy..i update the thread every day for LIVE match listings..n not the one ciplak from Astro..so info is correct..cheers

What about the EPG? Did it shown correctly?

hey guys. i'm thinking of finally converting to astro. the old religion aint good enough lol.

i've browsed through the astro website and its b.yond deal. looks cool. i just need to confirm several things before i head to the nearest astro dealer.

i. any new subscription includes RM199 fees, right?
ii. and this is not to be confused with installation fees, right?
iii. if ii is right, how much is the usual installation fees? (i'm living in a 2-storey terrace house).
iv. i already have a HDTV with HDMI (from ps3). i should be able to use these with b.yond without having to add anything else, right?
v. i'm into documentaries, and my wife's into movies and popular tv shows like true blood, house etc. what would be the best combo for us?
vi. how much do we have to pay per month if we take the suggested combo, with HD?

just now i switch off my decoder. Then i switch on my astro byond only display STB Starting up please wait a moment. Wait for 2 hours still the same. what is the problem?

switch off main power, then on again, this should fix the hang-up
