They are changing suppliers again? What happened to the contract with Pace? More importantly, what will happen to us already stuck with Pace boxes?

I personally have yet to have any issue with the recordings after the software upgrade last month.

Aiyo, why do you think you are stuck with Pace? I personally like Pace much more than Technicolor. by the way, these are just manufacturer. They have to follow the specification and quality standard by Astro. So I don't think we the consumer will feel the difference. Also, the warranty and labour are free for Byond hence I'm not worried at all. smile.gif

Well, the current Pace box does run a bit hot. But yea, I guess you're right. The firmware will still remain the same I guess. Much like the SD decoder we had last time with Nokia, Phillips and Thomson, all running the same firmware.

Guys i'm not sure whether is it correct to ask here...

I want to edit my subscriptions in astro.com.my, already linked my account with astro account. But when I edit subscriptions I can only click into the package to see channels, I can't drag and drop to update my subscriptions.

There's a note there "Consider adding a few packages by dropping them here" but I can't drag at all.

Is it because I just linked, need 48 hours?

Nope. It is actually not ready yet. You can only change your mailing or service addresses, your email address and your conact number. Nothing else. The change of package portion will be ready soon they said.

Err so if I want to change my package now, I can only visit astro or call astro?
Then how can I check package prices?

Your packages are listed there correctly with the prices IINM. but you can't add anything. There is a workaround though, there is another link to add or apply for another subscription/account. Here you can add and remove packages from the bucket. Not sure if it's still working though.

But to add or remove packages, you can always call them or send an email to wecare@astro email address or visit them I guess.
