by copying you are assuming that their opponents and your opponents are doing the same thing but in reality it doesnt happen much often unless you're fighting a toss(mostly mass gateways) =p

TvT I like marauder openers now. After watching Koreans do it, I realize it is one of the best openers against most build

i tried once in ladder and fail. theres no refined build order to follow in TL so i can only immitate it by impression. the opponent went 2 rax when he saw my 1st marauder he made a bunker behind his depot wall den i lose adi.

depends on micro n marine count d

what i did was hiding the tech-labbed rax while having another in my base (expanding behind this build or a 3rd rax)...
it is really good against any greedy builds (1 rax FE, quick reactor rax, hellions, banshee, reaper openers) and marauders early on do really great against marine...
especially when there is a wall, u can jz micro and snipe down the depot/ rax...
u can then contain with bunkers while u build up ur 2nd base pretty smoothly...

but as u said, there is no well defined build on TL but i nvr really follow build orders so yeah >.<

i always do banshee rush in TvT (coz i know the tanks are coming)...high success rate. but im in silver last season, this season gold. lol i dunno if it still works on higher league, but imma telling u it works like a charm at my bracket.

1 base cloak banshee works like charm until at least diamond. personally experience. you will reach a point where all tvt, everyone just do 1 base banshee.

eh can i ask one thing, where do i see the time in sc2? is timing really that important? is it like if i hit him at the right time i have a better chance of winning?

also is fighting on the ramp a disadvantage?

when we say timing~ we mean the time we attack/contain is when ur opponent do some teching/droning where is he/she is the weakest moment by having less army OR the moment u attack when he is out of position also could said is a timing~ yes u will hav better chances of winning by hitting certain timing~

u can enable time on top ur minimap~ got setting in the option

at ramp depends~ on opponent unit on top the ramp and ur composition going up ramp~ alwiz advantages of upramp unit coz of concave and they r up ramp so they hav more few free shots

so , how do we know when is the timing? i always have doubts whether to attack or not. is my units enough to overpower his? how do i know when is the time to hit?

play more~ and see urself when urself died to certain attack at wat time~
learn some other race BO timing wat time they reach wat time they attack etc etc
