Hard to find 20ft terrace house nowadays, all the "link" is 10ft std, for wider lane you can consider I&P Qaseh, Desiran and Temasya Glenmarie.

Depends on the pillar to pillar distance.
Anything more than 14 ft is ok but quite difficult to squeeze in 2 Camry. The best is 16.5 ft -18 ft
18ft house shd hv 2 pillars widely open to the parti wall, then the porch is 17ft which is very nice.

Shah Alam has 3 zones, North, Central and South, except the Pusat Bdr Shah Alam (Central), other areas in SA are widely accepted by Chinese already, in Chinese area price can appreciate a lot better.

Mei is indeed very nice, 6 units per day is true, must call up ASAP to collect the keys, in the past 3 weeks, there are so many owners ring the credit department up to question about the interest charged, the auto generating system really give them plenty of inquiries to answer, pls be considerate, I hv not collected my key also. smile.gif

Total number of 3-stry = 267 units, bout 2 mths to hand over all those keys.
I know some owner really particular, demanding the house like perfect condition, sometimes the officer has to spend 4-5 hrs just to inspect the hse with the owner. I came across one Bkt Jalil SD owner brings his own tape to stick on "defect" spots, bout 170++, the whole house was full of stickers (other SD owners only complaint bout 5-15 defects).

I dun see any problem with the alignment, DU 4/9 are almost 99% correct, DU 4/8 may misaligned a few inches - 1 feet perhaps.
End Lot is ok as well

If you study the locality plan in the SPA and title properly, you may see both side are not 100% aligned, variance bout 5%, the actual unit can see the variance is slightly bigger. I dun see any big problem with it.

For Jalan DU 4/9, Lot no fr 187 - 200 wich is facing Lot 212 - 201 are totally not aligned, bout 30% gap and the actual unit is following accurately.

TMS management will arrange the sticker and touch card, they hv not installed the machine. I think every house will be given 3 access card
