Nope. It's not loud. It's not a mechanical keyboard. Hmm, I would say it has some kind of soft sound and very comfort to press on. It's not the same as the lappy.

normally cant get mech keyboard at that price but I saw at viewnet yesterday got one.. brand name is "cherry" and the package claims that its mechanical-cherry-red switch for about RM190 IINM

Look at previous posts for answers. There are a few recommendations for budget range of yours. Microsoft Sidewinder X4 or X6, Gigabyte Aivia K800, Logitech G110 or add a little more, G510.

Mech keyboards that are sold in Malaysia are usually more expensive than most 'gaming keyboards' price range from 250-god knows. You can search for Ducky 1008 or CM Storm Qucik Fire Rapid.

For me X4 and X6 are disaster, the keycap too slippery and the butterfly layout too annoying.

X4 would be a better bang for bucks. The layout is personal preference, not everyone has the same thinking, so its hard to judge based on the layouts. Some may like it, some may not.

That's why I mentioned "for me", anyway, it took some time for those first time using it.
