guys... i followed the steps in Page 1... however when i come to the payment method where the steps is to select "-None-", an error message appears saying my payment method is declined hense cannot proceed to the next step in creating new iTunes account zzz... did anyone encounter such problem??

went klang maxis center today asked the staff they said maxis is working on the free casing, said they will mail to us but asked when will this happen they said dono.
