the box was in the plastic but i`m not sure whether it is wrap or unwrap, he said something about registering the phone to make sure it is working...hmm

Claimed my iPhone 4 free case to ship to SG but the problem is I just realized that the address Apartment unit is not there..I remembered I keyed in correctly..The order status - Shipped on 12/10/2010 via DHL Global Mail, Delivers: 18/10/2010..

Any way to contact Apple SG and let them know about this?

u can call them up and try..

but last time i called up DHL it self and tell them to change the address
(from KL to PG) coz i wont be around to recieve it .

u have already claim the case. it does only once. so maybe the seller had claimed the case before, because it only needs imei and serial number which is you can see at the back of the box without opening the plastic. hope this help.

if not mistaken read somewhere here got forumer who manage to claim twice for 1 iphone

Maybe the seller know the date line be4 30th september..
So, he claims for his own use..=)
Better clarify with the seller u bought the iphone4 with.. good luck!!
