I placed an order and later cancel it as I've decided to go for another case design (incase snap smoke). Received an email acknowledging that my order has been cancelled.

Now when I tried to order again, it said my order has already been received and is now awaiting shipment.

Anyone know how to reset the status so I can order again?

i think it can be only done once, if you escalate it to apple, they will know that you are a malaysian via the number you call them, so its a loss cause for you buddy.

So I can get a fren of mine from SG to call then?

Added on October 20, 2010, 7:21 pmI have help those that have no way to re-route their bumper case to Msia at a minimum cost. I've send almost 20 bumpers case to Msia since last week. This is a bumper case thread, to help iPhone4 users claim their free bumper case, so why can't i offer my service here ? If you have a better alternative or methods i'm sure we all like to hear about it.

In general I support your intention, maybe also you can have like a "successful bumper claims" list in your sig so people are more aware? Just an idea. Positive feedback / success stories will further your cause.

Added on October 20, 2010, 10:42 pmOne thing I found is the case has quite a tight fit... Putting it on is okay, however taking it off seems a bit tough, I will just leave it on for now, don't want to kacau it too much at this stage. Overall happy with it.

The delivery in Sg is by normal mail where we don't have to sign for reception?

juz received my griffin reveal etch graphite..

Like mentioned above, the InCase Snap Smoke is a bit tight to fit it. Also, it seems not a 100% fit, if view from top of screen, can see slightly visible silver metal part (the side-antenna)

If view from bottom (the mic/speaker/charger port), the case supposed to fit perfectly like U shape. But now it is a bit V shape.

A bit dissapointed with USD34.95 product, even though it is free. The non-branded clear case (similiar like InCase Clear Snap Case) I get from LYP ~RM30 fits better than it.

guys... if i wanna ask my fren from SG to claim a bumper case for me using his iTunes account is it possible???? if so, please teach me how then i can tell my fren =)

You can do it here. Ask your friend for his address and home phone number, if any.

Then you create a new iTunes account, and put the address & country as your friends SG address.

Then login iPhone 4 AppStore using the new iTunes account, ... the rest follow Page 1 post.
