The other way is to go into safari and click that link on the 1st page.thats how i got the case program.manually searching it wont work.

@ bizness he dosent even know that the program ends on 30th of september...

I think he might still able to claim the free case since icedlink claimed his case for his new RMA-ed iPhone 4 yesterday..

Try to give it a try..If it doesn't work then he is just unlucky..

Tried everything but it just doesn't work.

The program won't be available for those who just activated their phone today.

luckily it worked yesterday... anyhow tried the death grip, from 3 bars become no service...

with case, no such problems... drop maybe 1 bar only

You hv to be logged into the sg acc to be able to dload the prgrm.i registered the sg acc this afternoon and downloaded it then as well

Try this :-

Step 1 : Register a US iTunes Account..
Step 2 : Once registered and singed-in on your US iTunes Account, Click Here..
Step 3 : It will bring to the iPhone 4 Case Program webpage, click on View In iTunes..

Step 4 : It will bring you to the iPhone 4 Case Program on iTunes Store..Once it brings you there,click on Free App to start downloading the application..

Step 5 : Go to the downloads tab and you will see that the iPhone 4 Case Program application is downloading..

Step 6 : Sync your iPhone 4 and you will find the application on your phone..
Step 7 : Claim your free case..

Please let me know whether it worked or not?..

*PS:I bought my phone on 26 Sept and still have not claimed my case..I have not installed the iPhone 4 Case Program application on my phone too..

Or u cn do as i mentioned.log into sg acc.open safari,click the link on the 1st page

What error does it gives?..You sure you are using your US iTunes Account?..

Step 1 : Sign out from the iTunes Store..

Step 2 : Sign in to iTunes Store using your US iTunes Account..

Step 3 : Once logged in,Search Apple iPhone 4 Case Program and click on Free and it will start to download..

It work for me using my US itunes account.Change the address to Singapore one for the bumper to be sent to.My set was activated on 28th Sept.

bought ip4 29th Sept ordered 1st case on 30th OCT recieved case yesterday
yes my RMA'd a new phone on monday 4th OCT
ordered 2nd case yesterday 7th OCT
recieved the Order Acknowledgement same day.

Ordered griffin graphite case on 29th september. Thankfully the order was successful as my cousin received the case just now in the afternoon. Can't wait to get it. Then I can change cases when I feel like hehe

Ordered on 28th of Sep via a US iTunes account and got the Incase Snap Smoke shipped to a Singapore address. Received it yesterday.

Anyone knows why mine still have not arrived? Heck its supposed to be delivered on the 29th of September.
