Hi guys, any thoughts on Kinzu?

Got promotion at Viewnet .. RM159 down to RM99.. dunno whether its worth it or not.. dont evenk now much about Steelseries.. dont trust Razer anymore.. just big name only.. their mouse cant even last 2 years before haywire @_@

Also about headphone/headset.. anyone used any one of the cheap range (3H/4H) headsets? Good quality or not?
*
Khinzu is thumbup.gif not bad.

3H is a lil bit tight, kind of like compressing your head.

The 3H is decent for a cheap piece of headset... tough too~ if you're a mobile user then it's recommended for you~ nod.gif

It depends on you of the surface you prefer to slide the mouse around.
For example, i like a thin layer gaming surface like the SteelSeries QcK (m-size 320 x 270 x 2 mm), but if you have weaty wrist, the NP+ is good because it's water resistant (compressed fibers) and glides a tad more slippery than the Qck..
If you're rich and a gaming pro, the SX is quite a choice, it's polished aluminum fibers with anodized oxide coating almost makes your Xai feels like it's floating brows.gif

Everyone is different, do check here for what suites you bro:
http://www.steelseries.com/int/products/surfaces

Btw, no need to spend more than RM70 for mouse pads for 24/7 home use...do measure your table surface area and buy the size of the mouse pad accordingly.. (the size and dimensions are on the link provided above)
Because I know few high sensitivity gamers (uses high mouse sensitivity settings, and make small mouse movements) but using those big Qck+, it's pointless though for the money spent....I'm just saying though..it's up to you.. rolleyes.gif

The Kinzu is an amazing little piece of hardware. For that price, it's performance can match any mouse costing twice that. The only problem is not having any thumb buttons and the ability to manually set the CPI but that would still be find to some people. The only thing I didn't really like about the mouse was that it is not ergonomic but that's coming from a guy who's been using the Ikari for more than a year.

And then regarding the 3H, it's actually quite decent for the price you are paying. Sure it can't match the performance of the 5H or Siberia, but you get what you pay for. Some say it can match the Creative Fatal1ty headset in terms of performance at a cheaper price. A caveat from it is that the cushions are actually a bit tight on the ears after a while because they rest directly on the ears so you may either like it or don't. So in terms of comfort, the 4H is much better as it cups around the ears. But as expected of the H series of headsets, sound quality is optimized to gaming so music might not sound its best there and then.

The Plantronics headset is good enough as it is. Unless you're upgrading to a 5Hv2 or Siberia then there's no point changing it.

The model is so old that it's not even in their product list already! I can give you a pic if you want. It's quite good, compared to using a pair of speakers.

Yeaaaa I know you!
