Doesn't happen on all Ikari Lasers. Usually it's just luck of the draw but since my mouse came from the USA, that might be a factor there. And of course there is the option to disable that "wavy, up down" thing.

The thing is, how can the mouse be faulty when it's soo accurate? the movement of the cursor is well translate by the movement of the mouse, even to the nearest millimeter.
This mouse certainly awesome for games other than FPS like strategy games for example; I tried it on Dragon Age:Origin and and mouse was meant for this kinda of game.
I'm sure the DOTA gamers out there will find this mouse superbly suited for them...
Internals a bit gila no doubt.
