By 99 he means kao kao.
Would like to if I could but then have no time to do it. Maybe after this semester at college is over I could give it a shot. Then I can patent it as a peripheral SteelSeries aid. tongue.gif

Yup. That would be the regular version without USB soundcard.

so that means it's a yes? discount RM99?
that means RM389 - RM99 = RM290 for Siberia v2?

6GV2~

Pros...                        |            Cons.....

Cheaper...                  |            No palm rest...
Mechanical...                |            No bling bling...

7G...

Pros...                        |            Cons...

Palm rest...                  |            Pricey, slightly bigger than 6GV2 affecting portability~
Mechanical...                |          No bling bling also...

As u all know mecha kbs are far superior... so it's the best do don't expect a cheaper price tag... unless u wanna get Razer's BW~
*
This mean that the palm rest worth RM100+. I think its just a same keyboard between this 2.

Of course!  tongue.gif What a nice mouse.. especially for its price

I couldn't use it at 3200 CPI, so I set it back to 1600.

IMO, I don't think those extra features are gonna be that useful to me plus why add another hundred bucks for those extras...? USB ports can be added by getting a hub for around RM5 plus the audio jacks are already available on the comp... 6GV2 and BW would be the best bang for the buck in the mecha kb line~ as for the palm rest... u can DIY one urself~ icon_rolleyes.gif

Agreed, I think they spent like 2000+ hours tailoring the most optimized palm rest you can get the most out of your keyboarding usage...
I don't think a ghetto palm rest will ever get you to utilize the keyboard 100%...only comfort, but not maximum tactility...

2000 hours to optimize a palm rest? that's pretty epic.
I have never tried a mech keyboard before, and I'm dying to. sighh.
Black Widow no palm rest right?

Funny thing it's actually less straining on a 6Gv2 compared to a ZBoard without the rest.

Funny, it should be automatically saved after you applied it.

Did a little test.. it seems that if I turn off my pc AND my psu only it will revert back to default settings.

EDIT : Hmm.. I had a problem like this before.. have it again : when I play FPS game, I try moving my mouse horizontally (i aligned it with a phone) but my mouse sways up and down abit.. tried it on a different surface but still same thing.. I fixed it before, but I forgot how. Messed around with the CPI.. using 1600 1600 (idk why there's a 1 and 2.. anyone care to brief me?), 1000hz report rate and mid sensitivity. Also messed around with the in-game mouse settings.. no difference. However I did switch my mousepad to horizontal shape (i always align it vertically so my wrist feels the mousepad too.. feel uncomfortable when feel diff surface) and it works fine when I move slowly. But I can't do that.. it's an FPS sleep.gif

EDIT 2 : CPI 400 400, 500hz report rate, mid sensitivity. Everything's ok now. weird.

The sway is caused by the report rate. Apparently it happens when it's set to 1000Hz.

CPI 1 and 2 is the selected CPI which is adjusted when pressing the CPI button located behind the scrollwheel. It defaults at 400 and 3200.

guys... Does your palm feel any discomfort near the wrist when using the Ikari for an extended period? rclxub.gif seems comfy to grip it but seems pretty uncomfy at the rear end of the mouse (sharp end I guess?)~ blink.gif and is it suppose to look flimsy? I mean like it feels like an empty shell on the inside as it sounds pretty hollow when I tap the mouse~ tongue.gif or maybe the sensor is a small one~ hmm.gif but what I'm concerned is the discomfort it gives on the end of my palm~ never experienced this issue when I'm on my Imperator~ icon_question.gif
