Either the architect didn't anticipate heavy rain and windy weather or drain pipe was omitted to save cost.

even Tropicana garden also kena rain water.
earlier someone shared pixs of ioi condo at puchong also.

BUT...not was as bad as this icon.......macam banjir.

In their defence, who woulda expected a thunderstorm in one of the wettest countries in the world right?

The narrow corridor could blame on the authority, bye law specified minimum width.

Yea my point exactly. For the price they were paying, they deserve way above minimum. If i pay a premium I expect things to be way above minimum... be it finishing, facilities, etc
