Of course lah The "I'm important & always driving fast so must stay on right lane until absolutely last minute only turn left" mentality is everywhere and causes most jams.

QUOTE(MaxEvan10 @ Mar 22 2018, 09:09 AM) There's an extraordinary heavy rain a few days ago, the corridor at my condo all wet too even though usually the portion in front of the intermediate units are quite sheltered. That's the issue with open building design and wind-driven rain.

Hi, is it within the indoor area (corridors in front of the units) or open corridor area in between units !? And where is the water coming from ? The Zizz completing soon will come with 4ft minimum corridor. Let's see how. Here is 5ft. But owner here paying 1000 psf for a 5tt corridor. Worth the price? Refer to propcafe FB latest few posting as comparison.

For the price they were paying, they deserve way above minimum. If i pay a premium I expect things to be way above minimum... be it finishing, facilities, etc
