i think the mall here less popular & less known to public !
Is not that well search on google as compared to sun way velocity , mid valley & pavilion KL.

may be it's only cater for localized population with this projects ?

Somehow, MS shd have started getting tenant for the Mall earlier (b4 mall is completed) !
I know there are some done this & by the time the mall is ready, most of the lots are then occupied by tenant & open for business almost the same time.

Again, here it looks like MS objective is sell, sell, (after that), on your own!

Ha! Ha! nowadays less people go to mall unless couple, new couple, youngster etc.
but not so much for people abv 50!

even soe some families too.
Cause: GST
u need to spend min rm30 just for going to mall - that's for parking only !
for a family of 4, min rm100 just makan at "restaurant - fastfood " ; if mid - to high end "restaurant" - min 200-300 the least !
more & more order online, just like people now call uber rather taxi !

i know a number of malls even at bangsar area also suffer the effect of G s T.
