But 2BR and above honestly seem having difficult time to rent out at good price. The inquiry keep on flow in from a lot agent. But appetite not really right and has to let go
Natural light not an issue at all. Haven't hear any complaints regarding insufficient natural light. Here has Central Park distance each tower. Just the view facing Central Park is blocked by other tower for those low floor one
i think the mall here less popular & less known to public !
Is not that well search on google as compared to sun way velocity , mid valley & pavilion KL.
may be it's only cater for localized population with this projects ?
Somehow, MS shd have started getting tenant for the Mall earlier (b4 mall is completed) !
I know there are some done this & by the time the mall is ready, most of the lots are then occupied by tenant & open for business almost the same time.
Again, here it looks like MS objective is sell, sell, (after that), on your own!
