file extension is hard to bypass by proxy

the easiest way is just to rename the extension into something random like mkv --> rar or anly thing also can and rename bek when done

i suggest you guy do like wat my i tought my fren last time but that wan was i lended him my server..

1st you'll need you own server then you need to install an ssl proxy system and an auto download php script so for like u guys said some file u guys can download fast like avi or video files then let the server download for u then u rename it and download or u just download from your server FTP la and for some sites which you can't open then u use the ssl proxy script la... BTW ssl proxy script also can use to downlado from megaupload, rapidhshare and hotfile.....

i think i might still have the scripts on my server, it's been long since i used it.

UNIFI FOR RESIDENTIAL

    * Download large (file size) DVD quality movies and music video clips in a matter of minutes or even a few seconds depending on the file size.
    * Enjoy a new TV experience through TV over broadband (IPTV) where they can access TV channels over a private network in high definition format with high stability. IPTV also offers the ability for high content user interactivity through its video-on-demand feature.
    * Work from home and stay in touch with their offices or clients and business associates anywhere in the world in real time through high speed Internet, video and voice connections.
    * Enjoy a richer, secure shopping and e-commerce experience from the comfort of their homes by accessing virtual shops on-line around the world through real time video and chat.
    * Play on-line games simultaneously with anyone in the world in real time and high resolution format.
    * Access educational services such as ‘study on-line’ and participate in virtual classroom discussions with their tutors anywhere in the world as well as enjoy a rich research experience by being able to download books, journals and magazines in a matter of minutes.
    * Receive real time medical diagnosis and advice from local and international medical practitioners in the comfort of their homes through high speed Internet, high definition video and voice connections.

All in all, UniFi will enable and bring greater value for Malaysians through a richer digital lifestyle and online experience, enhanced competitiveness and world-class broadband infrastructure.

it states up there... Unifi is difference... if they trotle the service is worthless... maybe Tm nut is trying hard to make sure UniFi user "Happy" with what they pay.. so us the "abused customer" take the burden. actualy TM still not ready to handle high bandwith media n application which other country already done.

IPTV is on a separate VLAN with a private network.. doesn't affect Internet traffic so they won't throttle it.

What they are doing now however is performing some sort of traffic prioritization for VPN traffic on Unifi and it's bloody annoying. While not as bad as having a file type throttle for HTTP traffic, it's throttling nevertheless.

They can use a socks proxy since traffic which is encapsulated within the protocol is not throttled at all on Streamyx and Unifi.

Messing around with VPN traffic on the other hand affects home users and businesses. I'm not going to fallback to unencrypted SOCKS just so I can have the extra bandwidth which I'm paying for..
