the outcome is same... its just that highspeed inet with low caps of bandwith limit.. is a stupid idea... speedy internet is used to download large data... a good or low ping.. is good for onlinegames and IP-based phone.

try downlaoding if the speed is belwo your average then it throttled..

change your ip address and further test it

i think its time we burn the HQ for the TMnut server... or ask hacker to shiit the server that handle this stupid throttling software

If you getting slow on Sogou that could be due to that CN site and we all know access to CN site are damn slow. Dude time to change, access to TW or HK site instead.

no wonder since yesterday night...my ppstream cannot start....it goes to 150Kb(15KBPS)...thn dropped to around 100Kb....video also cannot start
at 1st i thought the software have problem...thn i checked my laptop...same problem...thn i connect VPN
wala.....it boost to 1500Kb....meaning TMNUT did throttle alot of things already
as for the files...yes also....100KBPS thn dropped to around 30KBPS...VPN also can solve it as well

cuz i was downloading 2 days ago...suddenly saw why my wmv files so slow.....but when i connect VPN...it was back in speed
