Unifi is being throttled but not for HTTP downloads. Since 2-3 days ago my OpenVPN speeds have dropped. I had to reconfigure with a new encryption wrapper + diff port. When I run it on the default openvpn port.. latency within the VPN link is 220ms and max b/w per thread is 30KB/s.. when I start up my protocol obfuscation the max b/w per thread is 1.1MB/s and internal VPN latency is 190ms. Heh >_>

could be his ip haven start throttling.. but it seem evry1 here having same issues except unifi oni

rename your mkv file to rar.. that should do it

You can try to report to MCMC then when TM Customer service call you, you complain this to them and tell them you want full speed download for flv and mkv file types.

I think they are going to throttle all video file types.

i will give it a day and look for it.. it still same 2mrow.. i will start my barrage of complain untill come out newspaper like the unifi case
