http://speedtest.streamyx.com.my/ . However, if the result is below 80% of the required speed, please reply us by attaching the result in kbits. We also appreciate if you could provide us the screenshot of your ping (-n 30) result from your Streamyx connection to any particular websites for further investigation. Please follow the steps given as below.
To run a Ping command:
1) Click Start
2) Click Run
3) type: cmd
or type: command [press Enter]
4) In MS-DOS prompt, type: ping {your website address} -n 30 [press Enter]
5 ping test to international (please specify any links that you are having difficulties accessing):
