no wonder since yesterday night...my ppstream cannot start....it goes to 150Kb(15KBPS)...thn dropped to around 100Kb....video also cannot start
at 1st i thought the software have problem...thn i checked my laptop...same problem...thn i connect VPN
wala.....it boost to 1500Kb....meaning TMNUT did throttle alot of things already
as for the files...yes also....100KBPS thn dropped to around 30KBPS...VPN also can solve it as well

heres the proof : without VPN  with VPN  BTW....2 days ago...the file i download is .WMV...not avi or mkv also throttled to 30KBPS |

is becuz today is sunday...sunday usually is not throttled ....
only monday will saturday only
it's already been long time ago since they started throttling this way
just that this time...they throttle something different
